A refund (less Rs.1000/- for national delegates and US$ 100 for international delegates will be deducted to cover administrative expenses) will be granted to registered participants who are unable to attend, provided written notice is received at the Secretariat on or before 15th October, 2024. We regret that any request received after this date will not be considered. It may please be noted that refunds will be issued only at the end of the conference.

Because of the scarcity of accommodation, we encourage the participants to make their own accommodation arrangements during the conference. However, on request, the organizers may arrange accommodation in hotels/guest houses near the venue.
A large number of hotels and guest houses cater to all categories of National and International visitors to Delhi. Thus, it is strongly advisable that booking for accommodation is secured as early as possible to avoid last-moment disappointment. Your request for accommodation will be considered only if accompanied by at least one-day deposit charge.
